Special Orders are for everything else that you don't find on our web site. If you have health concerns, drug allergies, food allergies or other medical conditions not found on our cards or if you want multiple languages on a card or if you need a language other than the ones we currently offer, please submit a special order. We have translated cards into a many, many languages - from Vietnamese to Czech to Japanese. We will even do special cards with your personal emergency contact information, name, address, medical references and a picture of you if you want! ..... just ask.
I just wanted to tell you that the food allergy cards that we ordered worked just great. Everywhere that we went my husband would just show them his card and they took it to the person in charge and they checked to make sure that there was not any cottonseed oil in the products. It seems that Germany does not even use cottonseed oil but my husband said the cards were worth their weight in gold to him. So you see, you have a very good product that you are selling. My daughter did great in China with her food choices. She enjoyed the most freedom she has ever experienced eating out in restaurants. Our entire family thanks you for your food allergy translation cards! We ordered some in Italian, French and Spanish due to our son's severe peanut and tree nut allergies. On our first night in Rome we handed one to our waiter, who promptly took it back to the chef who said they would make him something special since they did indeed use peanut oil in their kitchen.
