Ordering From Us

We ship internationally. If you are a U.S. customer, there are two ways to place an order:  complete an online order on the SelectWisely.com web site or send us a letter at the address listed below.

If you are ordering by mail send us a letter with your name, address, phone number, the type of card you need, the number of cards, your allergy or restriction and your language.  Enclose your personal check or money order made payable to SelectWisely for the amount of the card(s) plus shipping and handling as well any applicable sales tax.  New Jersey customers should include 6% sales tax for mail orders.  

If you are ordering from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or elsewhere outside of the United States, please place your order on our web site or send us an email for Special Order requests.

If you wish to place an order for a school, an association or other institution, please send an email or write to us at the address above.

Orders placed on the SelectWisely web site will be confirmed by email within one business day.  Regular mail orders will be shipped after payment is received.  SelectWisely accepts checks and money orders through the mail and Visa, MasterCard or American Express through the web site.

Shipping Costs

A shipping and handling fee of $1.00 USD per card ordered is charged for orders shipping to the United States and $1.50 USD per card ordered for orders shipping outside of the United States. We ship all orders first class USPS airmail or ground.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of these cards, we do not accept returns.

Privacy Statement

We do not rent, sell or otherwise distribute our customer names, street addresses, email addresses, or credit card information.

In the “Customer Feedback” section of the web site we display customer comments and feedback and include only the first name and state from each letter.

Disclaimer Statement

Although we at SelectWisely have made every effort to provide the most accurate translations possible for our cards, foreign language translation is an inexact science.  In some cases, languages do not have a one-word counterpart for an item or idea, and therefore a translation must be descriptive in nature.  In addition, every language is subject to regional differences stemming from local dialect or custom.  We assume no responsibility for misinterpretations of the information provided on our cards.

Order Forms

Our site's checkout order form requires customers to give their contact information (such as name and e-mail address), financial information (credit card number), and demographic information (zip code, state and country).  We use customer contact information from the order checkout form to send customers their orders.  Customer contact information is also used to contact the customer if necessary.  Financial information that is collected is used for payment purposes only.

This site contains links to other web sites.  SelectWisely is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other web sites.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  Every purchase you make at SelectWisely is completely safe. SelectWisely.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) during checkout. SSL is the internet standard for secure commerce transactions to transmit your credit card information over the Internet.
